New Patients

The most important part of the first visit of our new patients is to tell us what they want!  We are here to help you along your path to the smile you have always wanted.

As a new patient, we here at OMI Orthodontics want you to be comfortable and fully informed. During your initial consultation, we will take photos and a 3D CBCT scan. These images allow our orthodontists to see your teeth from every angle: The root, the back of your teeth, future teeth coming into your mouth, bone, etc. OMI Orthodontics was one of the first orthodontists to use this technology.

Our doctors and Smile advisors will discuss treatment options with you and make sure you understand and know what to expect. Drs. Johnson, Nye, and Dager are looking forward to seeing you in one of our OMI Orthodontic practices. We have offices conveniently located in Fort Wayne, Auburn, and Fishers.

An OMI Orthodontics Smile Advisor will discuss with you the cost of braces for your specific treatment and each of your available financing options so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

For your convenience, we have all of our forms available for you at the click of a mouse.
